     【摘要】目的：探讨经腹腔镜胆道再次手术的可行性及临床疗效。方法：对我院2003年5月至2005年6月经腹腔镜胆道再次手术的76例病例资料回顾性分析总结。结果：手术成功73例，中转开腹3例，无严重并发症发生。结论：经腹腔镜胆道再次手术安全、有效，能达到微创手术的治疗效果。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the methods and effect of laparoscopic reoperation on biliary tract.Methods:The data of 76 cases underwent laparoscopic reoperation on biliary tract from May 2003 to June 2005 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Among the 76 patients in this group,the operations were completed successfully in 73 patients and 3 cases were converted to open surgery.No serious complication occured.Conclusions:Reoperation on biliary tract by laparoscopy is a feasible and safe procedure.
