阿立哌唑与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效比较

【摘要】目的 探讨阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法 按照CCMD-3诊断标准选择100例住院精神分裂症患者，并随机分为阿立哌唑组(47例)及氯氮平组(43例)分别进行治疗。疗程为8周。结果 在治疗第8周末，两组的显效率分别为7234%及6977%(P>005)；两组的PANSS总分的减分率分别为693%及678%(P>005)；两组治疗前后的PANSS总分及各分量表分同组比较有显著性差异(P<001)，两组间比较除治疗末PANSS的阴性症状分阿立哌唑组较低，且有显著性差异(P<001)外，其它均无显著性差异(P>005)。其次，阿立哌唑组不良反应为焦虑、头痛、失眠、胃肠道反应等，未发现有明显的体重增加、锥体外系反应。结论 阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的阳性及阴性症状有较好疗效，不良反应较微，安全性良好。【关键词】 阿立哌唑 氯氮平 精神分裂症
A comparative between aripiprazole and clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.

【Abstract】Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole in treatment schizophrenia.Method 100 inpatients with a diagnosis of schizophrenia according to CCMD-3 were involved in this study,they were randomly assigned to aripiprazole group and clozapine group for 8 weeks of treatment.Results After 8 weeks,the rate of obrious improvment was 7234% and 678% respectively in two groups (P>005).The reducing rate from the total score of PANSS was 693% and 678% respectively in two groups (P>005).The total score and every subscore of PNASS were significant decreased in two groups after treatment (P<001).At the end of treatment,the PANSS,subscores of negative symptoms in aripiprazole group were significantly lower than that in clozapine group (P<001).The side effects of aripiprazole group were anxiety,headache,sleeplessness and gastrointestine aisorder.Conclusion Aripiprazole is more efficacy and safety in the treatment of schizophrenia. ......
