超广谱β内酰胺酶的检测及五种常见病原菌药敏分析

     摘要:目的 检测超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBLs)及分析五种产ESBLs的常见病原菌药物敏感情况,以期为临床合理用药提供理论依据。方法 对深圳市人民医院过去1年中检出的致病菌株进行分析,得出五种可能产ESBLs的常见病原菌,并进行ESBLs检测及采用VITEK微生物自动分析仪进行鉴定和药敏分析。结果 产ESBLs的五种常见致病菌为大肠埃希菌、不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌及变形杆菌,它们对第三代头孢菌素及单环类抗生素有较高的耐药性。结论 临床医生应该根据药敏分析的结果选药,实现用药个体化、合理化。

    The Identification of ESBLs and Analysis of Antibiotic Sensitivity of Five Clinical Common Pathogens

    ABSTRACT:Objective To identify ESBLs and analyze the antibiotic sensitivity of five clinical common pathogens isolated from Shenzhen People’s Hospital.Methods Culture and identify those isolates according to National Clinical Laboratory Operation Regulations. Pathogenic floras were identified with VITEK60;drug sensitivity tests were performed with KirbyBauer method. Results Totally 257 strains of pathogenic floras were isolated.Isolation rates from high to low as follows:escherichia coli 58 (22.6%),acinectobacter baumanli 41(16.0%), pseudomonas aeruginosa 30(11.7%), klebsiella pneunoniae 29(11.3%), bacterium proteus 15(6.8%).These ESBLsproduced pathogenic floras were resistant to multiple antibiotics.Conclusion Reasonable antibiotic adoption were most critical to control deep infection. ......
