摘要：目的 探讨电外科器械在阴式子宫切除术中的应用。方法 使用PK刀及Ligasure对165例患者实施阴式子宫切除术，部分行附件切除术，对比传统缝线组82例。结果 Ligasure组、PK刀组手术时间分别为16.4±4.4min、27.2±6.4min；术中出血量分别为34.4±12.4ml、34.3±3.7ml；术后发热时间分别为1.5±0.1d，1.4±0.1d，均明显优于传统缝线组，无术中副损伤及严重术后并发症。结论 借助电外科器械行阴式子宫切除及附件切除，有降低手术难度、简化操作步骤、减少出血、缩短手术时间及术后恢复快等优越性，具有广泛的应用价值。关键词：阴式子宫切除术；PK刀；Ligasure
The Application of Ligasure and PK System in the Vaginal Hysterectomy

ABSTRACT:Objective Evaluate the application of electrical surgical instruments in vaginal hysterectomy. Methods The Ligasusre and PK system were used in vaginal hysterectomy, some salpingooophorectomy as well, in total 165 patients (90 cases with Ligasure and 75 cases with PK system) in our hospital. Another 82 patients undergone the same operation with the traditional technique with suture (traditional group). Results In the Ligasure group and the PK group, the average operation time were 16.4±4.4min and 27.2±6.4min respectively ; the average operative blood loss were 34.4±12.4ml and 34.3±3.7ml.Both were significantly lower than the traditional group (P<0.01). The mean postoperative hospitalization were 1.5±0.1d and 1.4±0.1d. Both were shorter than the traditional group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the electrical surgical instruments in vaginal hysterectomy, some salpingooophorectomy as well, can make the operation easy and simple, decrease the loss of blood, shorten the operation time and the postoperative recovery duration. They are worthy to be advocated. ......
