摘要:目的 探讨口服枸橼酸铁铵(FAC)在低场磁共振MRCP的临床应用价值。方法 对43例可疑胰胆管病变者行常规MRI及口服FAC前后MRCP,由高年资放射科医生对2组MRCP图像质量作出评价,并根据术后病理诊断,将口服FAC前后MRCP的诊断准确率作自身的对照研究。结果 口服对比剂后图像质量明显改善。结合常规MRI,口服对比剂后MRCP定位、定性诊断的准确率明显提高,应用计数资料配对χ2检验进行统计分析,2组定位、定性χ2值分别为5.31(P<0.05)、4.03(P<0.05),差异均具显著意义。结论 口服FAC后能有效抑制胃、十二指肠内液体高信号,突出胰胆管的显像效果,提高诊断准确率。关键词:磁共振胰胆管成像;枸橼酸铁铵;对比剂
Clinical Application of Oral Ferric Ammonium Citrate on MRCP in Low Field MR

ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the clinical evaluation of oral ferric ammonium citrate on MRCP in low field MR. Methods 43 patirnts with suspected pancreatic and biliary ducts disease were examined with routine MRI, and performed by MRCP before and after giving oral ferric ammonium citrate. Then made the appraisal by senior radiologists to 2 groups of MRCP images quality. According to the postoperative pathological diagnosis, the radiologists made selfcontrol study on diagnostic accuracy rate before and after oral ferric ammonium citrate.Paired χ2test enumeration data were acquired and made statistical analysis of the data.Results After taking contrast agent, the images quality had marked improvement. Combined with routine MRI, the accuracy rate for locative and qualitative diagnosis of MRCP had notable enhancement. It showed that the value of χ2 was 5.31(P<0.05) and 4.03(P<0.05) through locative and qualitative diagnosis. All of these were remarkable significances. Conclusion Using oral ferric ammonium citrate can effectively suppress gastrointestinal signals, make more clear demonstration of the pancreatic and biliary ducts and improve correct diagnostic rate. ......
