摘要：目的 总结老年人急性胆囊炎外科治疗经验。 方法 回顾性分析2000年3月～2004年3月89例老年人急性胆囊炎外科治疗临床资料。 结果 89例患者中治愈85例，死亡4例。11例术后出现不同程度的并发症。 结论 早期明确诊断，选择恰当的手术时机和手术方式，加强围手术期的处理，是防治并发症、降低死亡率的关键。关键词：老年人；急性胆囊炎；外科治疗
Clinical Analysis of 89 Aged Patients with Acute Cholecystitis Treated by Surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To summarize the surgical treatment experience on the aged patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods The clinical data of 89 aged patients with acute cholecystitis treated by surgery from March 1998 to March 2002 were analysed retrospectively. Results 85 cases were cured, the curative rate was 95.5%; 4 cases died, the mortality was 4.5%. 11 cases had postoperative complications. Conclusion It is the key to prevent postoperative complications and to lower mortality that early diagnosis was made precisely ,operative time and approach were selected properly and perioperative treatment was strengthened.
