椎动脉横突段的应用解剖学研究

摘要：目的 为椎动脉横突段的手术切除提供解剖学基础。 方法 在20具40侧经防腐处理的新鲜尸体标本上观察椎动脉横突段的起点、走行、分支情况, 用游标卡尺、软尺测量椎动脉横突段的外径、全长。 结果 椎动脉横突段走行在骨纤维鞘内，中点外径男性左侧为(3.63±0.85)mm、右侧为(3.12±0.74)mm，全长左侧为(61.20±6.80)mm 、右侧为(61.60±5.30)mm；中点外径女性左侧为(3.03±0.53)mm 、右侧为(2.98±0.84)mm; 全长左侧为(59.70±5.80)mm 、右侧为(58.30±8.10)mm。结论 椎动脉横突段表现出左侧优势，观察与测量结果对椎动脉横突段的切除手术提供重要参考价值。关键词：椎动脉; 横突段；解剖学；切除术
Applied Anatomical Study for the Transverse Process Segment of Verebral Artery

ABSTRACT：Objective To provide anatomical basis for excision the transverse process segment of vertebral artery. Methods The courses, tracks, branches, outer diameters and length of the transverse process segment of vertebral artery were measured and observed on 40 sides of 20 fresh adult cadaverous specimens. Results The first segment of vertebral artery track in the osseofibrous sheath; The outside diameters at the middle point of this artery segment were 3.63±0.85mm(left) and 3.12±0.74mm(right) in male but 3.03±0.53mm and 2.98±0.84mm in female.The lengths of this artery segment were 61.20±6.80mm(left) and 61.60±5.30mm(right) in male but 59.70±5.80mm and 58.30±8.10mm in female. Conclusion The transverse process segment of vertebral artery shows a left side predomiance.The results have important reference value for the excision of vertebral artery. ......
