     【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)胃肠损伤的原因及预防。方法：回顾分析987例LC的临床资料，总结LC中发生胃肠损伤的常见原因及处理方法。结果：987例LC中胃肠损伤6例，严重损伤3例，占03%，经中转开腹手术，均治愈出院。随访3年，效果良好。结论：胃肠损伤是LC最严重的并发症之一，经及时有效的处理，可避免严重后果。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the cause and treatment for gastrointestinal injury of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:The clinical data of 987 LC was analyzed retrospectively.The cause and treatment for the gastrointesfinal injury of LC were summarized.Results:In 987 LC cases of this group,6 gastrointestinal injuries occurred.There was 3 more serve injuries in the group.It was 0.3 percent.The 3 cases were all converted to opencholecystectomy and recovered smoothly without severe complication.Followedup 3 years,they were all well recovered.Conclusions:The gastrointestinal injury is one of the most serious complications in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.A serious result can be avoided through an immediate and effective process after it happens. ......
