超强吸水树脂的制备研究

     摘 要 目的 合成超强吸水树脂。方法 以环己烷和司盘60作为油相,以聚乙二醇(200)双丙烯酸酯作为交联剂,K2S2O8作为引发剂,采用反相悬浮聚合法制备。结果 得到的产品呈颗粒状,吸去离子水倍率为715.1 g/g,吸生理盐水的吸液倍率达到112.3 g/g。结论 交联剂用量、引发剂用量、搅拌速度、预聚液的滴加速度及反应温度对超强吸水树脂性能有很大的影响。

    Synthesis of superabsorbent polymer microspheres

    Abstract Objective To synthesize the superabsorbent polymer microspheres. Methods The microspheres were prepared when using cyclohexane as the dispersing phase, span 60 as the dispersing agent, PEGdiacrylate as the crosslinker and potassium persulfate as the initiator. Results The amounts of water absorption of the microspheres were 715.1 g/g in deionized water and 112.3 g/g in saline. Conclusion The performance of the superabsorbent polymer microspheres is greatly affected by initial concentrations of dispersing agent and crosslinker, reaction temperature, agitation speed and dripping speed of the starting material. ......
