注射用亚硫酸氢钠穿心莲内酯与2种输液配伍的稳定性及溶血性研究

     摘要:目的考察注射用亚硫酸氢钠穿心莲内酯分别与5%葡萄糖注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍的稳定性及溶血性。方法采用高效液相色谱法试验。结果亚硫酸氢钠穿心莲内酯分别与5%葡萄糖注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍后，在强光(4 500±500) Lx 、(40±2) ℃两种条件下，24 h内，主药含量和降解产物均无明显变化。注射用亚硫酸氢钠穿心莲内酯分别与2种输液配伍后无溶血现象和凝集现象。结论亚硫酸氢钠穿心莲内酯与2种输液配伍24 h内稳定，临床上可配伍使用。

    Stability and hemolysis of andrographolidesodium bisulfite injection combined with glucose and saline injections

    Abstract: Objective To study the stability and hemolysis of andrographolidesodium bisulfite injection mixed with 5% glucose and 0.9% sodium chloride injections.Methods and Results HPLC was used to evaluate the chemical stability of the admixtures. Andrographolidesodium bisulfite injection mixed with 5% glucose and 0.9% sodium chloride injections was stable when exposed to light radiation (4 500±500) Lx at (40±2)℃ for 24 h, and no hemolysis was measured throughout the trial.Conclusion Andrographolidesodium bisulfite injection mixed with 5% glucose and 0.9% sodium chloride injections is stable for 24 h. ......
