     摘要目的：总结超声刀在胃肠外科手术中的应用体会。方法：通过对92例胃肠外科手术病人的回顾性分析研究，分析了术中，术后的有关指标，总结超声刀的应用体会。结果：超声刀能够显著减少术后切口脂肪液化率和术中出血量，缩短手术时间。结论：在熟练使用的前提下，超声刀相比电刀具有创伤小，出血量少，手术时间短的优势。

    Abstract Objective:To summarize the application experience of UltracisionHarmonic Scalpel during gastrointestinal surgical operations. Methods:Ninetytwo patients with gastrointestinal diseases underwent surgical operation were divided into two groups. The intraand postoperative background factors were observed and compared between two groups.Results:UltracisionHarmonic Scalpel reduced postoperative wound fat liquation and intraoperative blood loss, shortened operation time. Conclusion:UltracisionHarmonic Scalpel has the advantage of minimal invasion, less bleeding and short operation time. ......
