【摘要】 目的 铜是人类认识和使用最早的一种元素，研究它的治病原理。方法 近几年，铜逐渐被医学界所重视，开始用它来治疗疾病，最先使用它治疗各种血管瘤，逐渐发展到治疗内痔、混合痔、直肠黏膜脱垂、直肠癌术后腹壁假肛出血等。结果 1993年用铜针治疗周围血管性疾病。1998年铜离子电化学肛肠治疗仪问世，对痔有明显的快速止血作用，并发现有痔脱出的病人，脱出的痔核也明显缩小，术后无不良反应，是一种安全有效的治疗方法。结论 铜离子的作用是在适当的电场作用下，与血液中的有效成分发生电化学反应，在病变部位产生电解质的改变，使血流变慢并逐渐凝固，最终血栓形成。同时血管壁上皮细胞水肿，产生无菌性炎症、坏死。两种作用使痔血管萎缩、闭塞，痔组织发生粘连及纤维化而达到治疗的目的。

    【Abstract】 Objective Cuprum is the first element which is acquainted and used by human,so we want to research its ratinale in cure disease.Methods In the latest years,medicine domain payed more attention to cuprum,and began to use it to cure disease.It was first applied to cure various kind of haemangioma,then gradually introduced to the therapy of internal hemorrhoids,mixed hemorrhoids,rectal mucosa prolapse,hemorrhage of the stoma in the abdominal wall after resection of rectal cancer.Results People began to use cuprum to cure peripheral vascular disease in 1993,copper ion electrochemical enteroanus therapying utensil came out in 1998,its effect in hemostasia of hemorrhoids is notable.Doctors also find that it could decrease the hemorrhoids even it prolapsed,so it could be considered safe and utility.Conclusion The effect of copper ion act on the effective component in the appropriate electric field,change the environment of the lesion locus.Then made blood flow slowly and coagulate untile thrombosis, epithelial cell of vessel wall edema,aseprtic inflammation and necrosis,made the hemorrhoid’s vessels atrophy,emphraxis,decrease,diminuting the volume of the vessels,relieving the pressure,at last adherence and fibrosis to gain the ends of hemostasia. ......
