[摘 要] 目的:观察拮氟锐对工业氟暴露工人的防治效果。方法:选择某铝厂22名非氟暴露工人作为空白对照组(A组)，44名氟暴露工人随机分为安慰剂组(B组)和服用拮氟锐药物组(C组)。测定服药前后血清氟 (F-)，尿氟(F-)、氟硼酸根离子(BF4-)浓度，以及血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量。结果:氟暴露组工人血F-、尿F-、BF4-浓度明显高于非氟暴露组，血清IL-2显著下降而IL-6显著上升；与安慰剂组(B组)相比，服用拮氟锐药物组(C组)血清F-明显下降，尿中F-、BF4-浓度明显上升，血清IL-2显著升高而IL-6显著下降。结论:拮氟锐能明显促进体内氟的排出，增强机体免疫功能，拮抗氟的免疫毒性。拮氟锐对工业氟病具有一定的防治作用。

    The effect of Jiefurui on the fluorides excretion and serum Interleukin-2 and Interleukin-6 level in the workers exposed to the fluorides

    Abstract:Objective To investigate the prevention and therapy effect of Jiefurui on the workers exposed to the fluorides. Methods Twenty-two unexposed workers were as the control (group A), 44 workers exposed to the fluorides were divided into the placebo group (group B) and the Jiefurui group (group C), the concentration of fluoride (F-) in serum , F- and tetrafluroborate (BF4-) in urine as well as the content of Interleukin-2 (IL-2), InterLeukin-6 (IL-6) in serum were determined.Results The F- concentration of workers exposed to the fluorides in serum and F-, BF4- in urine were significantly higher than that in the unexposed group. Compared to the group B workers, the concentration of F- in serum in the group C workers significantly decreased, and F- and BF4- in urine increased significantly, moreover, the content of IL-2 in serum increased, and the IL-6 decreased obviously.Conclusion The results suggested that the Jiefurui could significantly increase the excretion of urinary fluorides and tetrafluroborates, promote the immune function. Jiefurui showed the effects of antagonizing the toxicity of fluorides. ......
