摘要：目的：探讨早期肠内营养在高龄结直肠癌术后的必要性、临床疗效及并发症的防治。方法：59例高龄结直肠癌患者在术后24h内予以肠内营养。通过鼻空肠管进行肠内营养制剂输注。结果：术前术后肝功能、血浆白蛋白和前白蛋白无明显变化；肠蠕动恢复时间1～3d；体重无明显减轻；无严重并发症发生。结论：高龄结直肠癌术后早期(24h内)肠内营养是必要的，且有效；促进肠功能恢复快，对肝功能影响小；避免了肠外营养相关的并发症。

    Clinical Experience of Enteral Nutrition for Elderly Colon or Rectal Patients in early stage postoperation

    Abstract： Objective: To study necessity, clinical effect of enteral nutrition in early postoperation stage, and how to prevent and treat complication.Method: 59 elderly patients who suffered from colon or rectal cancer received enteral nutrition in 24 hours postoperation with Nutrition Fiber through naso-jejunal tube. Result: No significant change happen in serum albumin, albumin and hepatic function before and after operation. Enteral peristalsis recovered 1～3 days postoperation. No significant body weight loss and serious complications happened. Conclusion: Enteral nutrition in 24 hours postoperation is necessary and effective. EN can facilitate recovery fo enteral function and have less side effect on hepatic function, and prevent those complication of parenteral nutrition. ......
