痔血胶囊治疗内痔的临床观察

摘要 目的：观察痔血胶囊治疗Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期内痔的疗效及影响疗效的相关因素。方法：对符合Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期内痔诊断标准的261例患者采用痔血胶囊口服，一次2粒，一日2次，7 d为一疗程。结果：Ⅰ期内痔的治愈率342%，总有效率865%；Ⅱ期内痔的治愈率93%，总有效率840%。不良反应为腹痛(2例)。结论：痔血胶囊是治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期内痔安全、有效的药物。关键词 痔血胶囊；内痔；临床疗效

Abstract Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Zhixue capsule in the treatment of Ⅰ,Ⅱdegree internal hemorrhoids and to investigate the factors which influence the efficacy.Methods:A total of 261 patients with Ⅰor Ⅱdegree internal hemorrhoids were given zhixue capsule: 2 capsules, twice a day for 7 days. Results:The curative rate and total efficacious rate was 34.2%, 86.5% respectively forⅠdegree internal hemorrhoids, and 9.3%, 84.0% respectively forⅡdegree internal hemorrhoids. Bellyache occurred in 2 cases. Conclusion:Zhixue capsule is a safe and effective medicine in the treatment of Ⅰ,Ⅱdegree internal hemorrhoids ......
