【摘要】 目的 探讨弹力绷带压迫浅静脉的方法在下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)溶栓治疗的应用。方法 回顾性分析我院近5年来收治70例DVT的患者溶栓方法，所有的患者均应用弹力绷带压迫浅静脉的方法，从患肢的浅静脉给予尿激酶，并用弹力绷带压迫膝关节。定期监测血常规、凝血酶时间、部分凝血酶时间和纤维蛋白原，出现并发症时停药或对症处理。结果 65例临床症状消失，占92.85%，溶栓期间出现出血并发症共4例，无肺动脉栓塞发生。无恶化及死亡。结论 采取弹力绷带压迫浅静脉的方法溶栓符合血管局部解剖和生理的实际情况，出血发生率小，而且容易实施，效果良好，值得在临床上推广使用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of elastic bandages compressing superficial vein’s method in thrombolysis treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods The reviewing was analyzed the 70 patients who accepts DVT for medical treatment has thrombolysis in the past 5 years of our academy, all patients applied elastic bandages to superficial vein’s method. Regularly monitor coagulation factors. Results 65 clinical symptoms disappear, accounts for 92.85%, it amounts to 4 to dissolve and bleeding complication during the thrombolysis , there is no pulmonary artery embolism to take place. There is no worsening and death. Conclusions Using elastic bandages to superficial vein’s method in thrombolysis treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis is effective obviously. It is safe, convenient and economical to use. ......
