摘要:目的 讨论建立病证结合的寒、热型急性胃黏膜损伤动物模型的思路和方法。方法 分别采用无水乙醇或辣椒+乙醇给大鼠灌胃造成胃热Ⅰ°和胃热Ⅱ°模型，采用NaOH或冰水+NaOH造成胃寒Ⅰ°和胃寒Ⅱ°模型。结果 多次试验结果证实造模大鼠的一般状况、胃黏膜的病理组织形态、微观指标变化等都符合临床相应证候的表现；应用于相应的药物试验也进一步证明了模型的寒热区别。结论 建立的寒、热型胃黏膜损伤病证结合模型从理论和方法学上可行，可用于评价相应中药和方剂的药效。关键词:胃黏膜损伤；动物模型；寒；热
Comparison study of cold or hot gastric mucosa lesion animal models

Abstract:The thoughts and methods of establishing cold or hot gastric mucosa lesion animal models were discussed in the paper. The rat models of Ⅰand Ⅱ degrees of hot-gastric mucosa lesion were established by oral administration with anhydrous alcohol (or +pepper). And the models of Ⅰand Ⅱ degrees of cold-gastric mucosa lesion were established by oral administration with sodium hydroxide (or +ice water). The observation of common status, pathological examination, and inflammatory factors showed that, the animal models of the cold or hot gastric mucosa lesions were in accordance with hot-gastric syndrome and cold-gastric syndrome in clinic. And pharmacodynamic studies conducted later with concerned recipes proved the differences of the animal models of cold and hot gastric mucosa lesion. ......
