[摘 要] 目的：研究复元愈肝胶囊对脂肪肝大鼠的作用机理。方法：采用高脂饮食喂饲大鼠复制脂肪肝模型，同时用复元愈肝胶囊治疗，以东宝肝泰为对照药，观察各组动物的肝功能、血脂及肝组织学变化；运用流式细胞仪和免疫组化法检测大鼠肝细胞凋亡及Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达。结果：与模型对照组相比，复元愈肝胶囊低、中、高剂量组能显著降低血脂，改善肝功能(P<0.01,P<0.05),明显优于东宝肝泰对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。模型对照组大鼠肝细胞凋亡程度明显高于各用药组及正常对照组(P﹤0.01)；各用药组与模型对照组比较，肝细胞的凋亡率明显下降(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01), Bcl-2基因蛋白表达量增高(P﹤0.05)，Bax基因蛋白表达量降低(P﹤0.05)。结论：复元愈肝胶囊通过促进Bcl-2表达和抑制Bax表达，阻断脂肪肝大鼠肝细胞凋亡，而达到治疗脂肪肝的作用。
