摘要：目的：探讨解脲支原体、沙眼衣原体感染与妊娠结局的关系。方法：采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术对200例孕妇的宫颈分泌物进行UU-DNA及CT-DNA检测。结果：200例孕妇中UU阳性率为32.5%，CT阳性率为25%，CT及UU双重感染率为10%。孕妇UU阳性和(或)CT阳性组与阴性组比较，其早产、胎膜早破、产褥病、低出生体重、新生儿肺炎的发病率高，差异有显著性。结论：解脲支原体、沙眼衣原体感染可引起不良的妊娠结局。

    Relationship Between Ureaplasma Urealyticum Chlamydia Trachomatis infection and Pregnancy result

    Abstract：Objective: To evaluate the relationships between ureaplasma urealyricam、chlamydia trachomatis infection and pregnancy results.Method: UU and CT were detected by polymease chain reaction(PCR) in cervical secretions of 200 cases of pregnant women. Result: In cervical secretions of 200 cases of pregnant women,UU positive rate is 32.5%,CT positive rate is 25%,UU and CT positive rate is 10%, compared with UU (and/or)CT negative group of cervical smaples, morbidity of premature rupture of fetal membrane, premature delivery, low birth weight, puerperalism and neonatal pneumonia of UU (and/or) CT positive group were higher ,and the difference was significant. Conclusion: UU, CT may cause unfavourable pregnancy result. ......
