口周皮炎与幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性观察

     摘要目的：研究幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染与口周皮炎的关系。方法：观察就诊106例口周皮炎患者幽门螺杆菌感染情况，HP阳性患者分为两组，观察抗HP治疗对口周皮炎的影响。结果：口周皮炎患者的HP感染率高达83.96% (89/106)，同时进行抗HP治疗者其疗效达91.11%，对照组仅为52.27%，两者有显著性差异。结论：口周皮炎合并有较高的HP感染率，对合并HP阳性者同时给予抗HP治疗能提高其疗效。

    Study on the correlation of helicobacter pylori infection with

    perioral dermatitis

    Abstract Objective：To study the relationship between helicobacter pylori(HP) infection and perioral dermatitis. Methods：106 patients with perioral dermatitis were enrolled in the study. 89 cases infected with HP were divided into two groups. The efficacy of antiHP triple chemotherapy was studied. Results：89 cases (83.96%)were infected with HP. The result showed that the curative effect in the group applied with serologic antiHP treatment (91.11%) was much better than that with standard treatment along (52.27%)(P<0.01).Conclusions: There is a high co-infectious rate with HP in perioral dermatitis. Anti-HP therapy can improve the curative effect. ......
