摘 要 以肌苷产生菌枯草杆菌GMI741为出发菌株,通过多因子诱变选育出具有黄嘌呤、鸟嘌呤双重营养缺陷型、丧失腺嘌呤脱氨酶的腺苷产生菌Xn151,摇瓶发酵96 h产腺苷达16.3 g·L-1。关键词 腺苷;菌种; 选育

Abstract The induction of adenosineproducing strain from an inosineproducing strain Bacillus substilis GMI741 was attempted, and it was found out that a double auxotrophic mutant (xanthine and guaninerequiring) Bacillus substilis Xn151 lacking of adenase produced a large amount of adenosine. On a reciprocal shaker for 96 h, the accumulation of adenosine by Xn151 in the broth culture was more than 16.3 g·L-1.

腺苷(Adenosine),学名腺嘌呤核苷(9βDRibofuranosyl adenine);是一种天然存在的遍布人体细胞的内源性嘌呤核苷,是三磷酸腺苷(ATP)的降解产物。腺苷以其扩张血管作用而被人们所熟知,具有广泛的心脏效应以及快速显著的冠脉扩张作用。大量的研究表明,腺苷还具有触发或介导缺血预适应、减轻再灌注损伤等心脏保护效应;另外利用腺苷还可制成许多药物如嘌呤霉素、高瓜氨基腺苷、赖氨酰氨基腺苷、琥珀酰5'腺苷酸、s腺苷蛋氨酸等核酸类药物[1] ......
