摘要：目的:探讨解脲支原体感染与稽留流产的关系。方法:应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术对49例稽留流产患者(观察组)和49例正常孕妇(对照组)的宫颈分泌物进行UU检测，并将观察组刮宫后绒毛及蜕膜送病理检查。结果：观察组与对照组宫颈分泌物UU阳性检出率分别为46.9%和22.4%，观察组阳性率高于对照组，差异有显著性(P<0.05),观察组中稽留流产次数为1次、2次及≥3次者，其宫颈分泌物UUC阳性率分别为38.2%、50.0%和85.7%，稽留流产次数愈多，UUC阳性率越高。观察组中UUC阳性组与阴性组宫内感染率分别为100.0%和15.3%，UUC阳性组与阴性组宫内感染差异极其显著(P<0.001)。结论：解脲支原体感染与稽留流产密切相关。

    The Relationship between UU Infection and Missed Abortion

    Abstract : Objective: To research the relationship between UU infection and missed abortion . Method: UU detection were used in cervical secretion in 49 cases abortion ( observing group ) and 49 cases ( control group ) by PCR technic. And then observed with pathological examination the villus and decidual membranes. Result : The detection rate of UU in cervical secretion in observing group and controlling group is 46.9% and 22.4%respectively . It's superior to the contol group than observing group .There's significant difference ( P< 0.05 ). While, in observing group whoses missed abortion was more than once, the positive rate of UUC in cervical secretion is 38.2% , 50.0% and 85.7%. So the more with missed abortion, the more positive rate of UUC . The uterine cavity infection of UUC positive rate and negative rate is 100.0% and 15.3% respectively . In observing group. There's significant difference between them ( P<0.001). Conclusion: There's relation between UU infection and missed abortion. ......
