[摘要] 目的：观察心理护理对人工流产综合征发生率的影响。方法：200例人工流产患者随机分为心理护理组和对照组，每组100例。心理护理组在人工流产过程中实施心理护理，对照组未实施心理护理。记录术中人工流产综合征的发生情况。结果：心理护理组中8例患者出现人工流产综合征，需使用阿托品或麻黄碱纠正，对照组中有29例患者，两组比较差异有显著意义(χ2=14.6，P<0.01)。结论：心理护理能够减少人工流产综合征的发生，在人工流产手术中具有实用价值。[关键词] 人工流产综合征；心理护理；心理疗法
Preventive and Therapeutic Effect of Mental Nursing on Induced Abortion Syndrome

Abstract：Objective To observe the change of heart rate and blood pressure,and investigate preventive and therapeutic effect of mental nursing on induced abortion syndrome.Methods 200 cases of nullipara proceeding induced abortion,were divided into mental nursing group and control group,100 cases in each group.The HR and MAP before operation,expand womb,scrape womb and 10 minutes after operation,and the number of induced abortion syndrome were recorded.Results The number of induced abortion syndrome in mental nursing group was 8,and 29 in control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(χ2=14.6,P<0.01).Conclusion Mental nursing can decrease the rate of induced abortion syndrome. ......
