新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病血清TNFα动态变化及临床意义

     摘要目的:研究新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNFα)水平变化，并探讨TNFα水平与脑损伤程度之间的关系。方法: 采用ELISA法对37例HIE患儿和12例对照组新生儿血清TNFα水平进行动态测定。同时检测脑实质CT值。结果: 轻、中、重度HIE患儿急性期血清TNFα水平较恢复期明显增高(P<0.05，P<0.01和P<0.01)，并明显高于同期对照组水平(P<0.05，P<0.01和P<0.01)，三组患儿中尤以重度组增高显著；恢复期与对照组无显著性差异。急性期患儿血清TNFα与脑实质CT值是直线负相关(r=-0.592，P<0.01)。结论: TNFα在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的发病中起重要作用。TNFα水平变化与HIE的病情轻重程度及脑损伤程度密切相关。
