     摘要:目的 探讨新世纪我国医药企业如何建设企业文化。方法 从制定、强化企业文化系统的核心内容;实施企业形象战略,扩大品牌知名度;医药企业规范文化应向制度化转化;重视企业家的导航作用;榜样示范;终生教育等方面阐述了如何建设医药企业文化。结果与结论 在新的竞争环境中,我国医药企业应根结合本行业,本企业的具体特点塑造出差异化的企业文化壁垒,才能顺应时代的潮流,迎接挑战。

    How to construct the medical enterprise culture

    Abstract:Objective: To study how to construct the medical enterprise culture in the new century. Methods: Expound how to construct the medical enterprise culture through making, strengthening the focus content of the enterprise culture, carrying out the strategy of the enterprise image, making the rules and regulations for the medical enterprise, and life-long training. Result and Conclusion: In the new competing environment, our medical enterprises should construct different enterprise culture in terms of their distinguishing features so that they could face the challenge.
