     [摘要] 目的：探讨糖化血清蛋白在糖尿病及高脂血症患者中检测的价值。方法：对134例糖尿病患者，82例糖耐量受损(IGT)患者、26例高糖伴高脂患者及241例正常对照组分别进行血清的GSP、FBG 、TG及CH测定分析。结果：DM组GSP、FBG、TG、CH与对照组之间结果差异有显著性(P<0.01)。IGT组TG、CH与对照组之间结果无明显变化(P>0.05)，而IGT组GSP、FBG、与对照组差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)，高糖高脂组与对照组GSP、FBG、TG、CH差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论：GSP浓度的增高与糖尿病血糖升高及高脂血症有密切关系，GSP检测对糖尿病及高脂血症的疾病控制及疗效观察有一定的临床意义。

    Abstraet： Objective To investigate the value of detecting Glycosy lated serum protein (GSP) in diabetes mellitus (DM) patients and hyperlipemia patients. Methods GSP、fasting blood glucose (FBG)、triglycerides (TG) and cholesterol (CH) were detected in serum of 134 DM patients,82 impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) patients,26 hyperlipemia combined with high blood sugar patients and 241 normal controls. Results Between the DM patients and the contrds, the results of GSP,FBG,TG and CH differedsignificantly(P<0.01).Between the IGT patients and controls,the results of TG and CH had no sigificant changs(P>0.05),but the results of GSP and FBG were different significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01),Between the hyperlipemia combined with high blood sugar patients and the controls,the results of GSP、FBG、TG、CH were significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusions:The high level of GSP has a close relation with high blood sugar in DM patients and hyperlipemia. The measurement of GSP has some clinical significance for the control and effect observation of diabetes and hyperlipemia. ......
