     摘要为了降低7-氨基去乙酰氧基头孢烷酸(7-ADCA)的生产成本，对7-ADCA合成工艺中的扩环重排及酶解反应进行优化，收率分别为91.6%、89.7%，产品质量好。本工艺既可简化操作，降低成本，又可减少生产中造成的环境污染。

    Modification of the preparation of 7-amino desacetoxycephalosporin acid

    Abstract An improved process of the preparation of 7-aminodesacetoxycephalosporin acid was described. The ring expansion rearrangement and enzymatic splitting step was modified. The yields of these two steps were 91.6% and 89.7% respectively. The new method process could simplify the procedure,reduce the cost and decreases the environment pollution compared with the old method.
