微生物比浊法测定益列康宁片中美帕曲星的含量

     摘 要 目的:建立益列康宁片中美帕曲星含量的测定方法。 方法:用微生物比浊法,采用啤酒酵母菌为试验菌,高、低浓度剂间比为1∶1.56,试管尺寸为20 mm×150 mm,培养温度为35~37 ℃,培养时间为5 h。 结果:美帕曲星浓度在0.02~0.2 U/mL的范围内,浓度的对数与吸收度成良好的线性关系,r=0.9973。平均回收率为100.1%,RSD(n=9)=0.93%,平均可信限率为1.9% 。 结论: 本法简便,快速,结果准确,可用于该药的含量测定。

    Determination of mepartricin in ipertrofan tablets by microbiological turbidimetry

    Abstract Objective : To establish a method for the determination of mepartricin in ipertrofan tablets . Methods: Using Saccharomyces cerevisiae as the test organism, the ratio of the high dose and the low dose was 1∶1.56, the tube volume was 20 mm×150 mm. Incubation temperature was maintained at 35~37 ℃,incubate the tubes for 5 hours. Results: The calibration curve was linear with the logarithm of concentration range of 0.02~0.2 U/mL of Mepartricin with r=0.9973. The average recovery rate was 100.1%, RSD was 0.93%, and the average confidencelimit rate was 1.9%. Conclusions: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and may be applied in the assaying of the drug. ......
