哌嗪雌酚酮对老年大鼠腰椎骨代谢的影响

     摘 要 目的 研究新合成化合物哌嗪雌酚酮对雌性老年大鼠腰椎骨代谢及子宫的影响。 方法 32只22月龄SD大鼠, 随机分为4组:对照组(生理盐水0.1 mL/kg·d-1), 哌嗪雌酚酮高、中、低剂量组(2、1和0.5 mg/kg·d-1),皮下注射30 d, 取第5腰椎行不脱钙骨制片骨形态计量学测量分析,同时取子宫称重。结果 与对照组比较,哌嗪雌酚酮组骨量增加。其中中剂量(1 mg)组骨形成增加,骨吸收降低,骨量增加差异有显著性;子宫重量无明显变化。结论 哌嗪雌酚酮可有效预防老年大鼠骨质减少,中剂量(1 mg)组效果最明显,且无明显刺激子宫的副作用。

    The effects of new compound of piperazinyl estrone on lumber veterbra in aged rats

    Abstract Objective To study the effects of piperazinyl estrone(PE), a new estrogen derivant, on bone turnover, bone mass and uterine weight in female aged rats. Methods Thirtytwo SpragueDawley female rats at the age of 22 months were rando mLy divided into four groups. 8 rats in each: PEtreated (high,mid,low) group and control. After being injected subcutaneously for 30 days, all rats were sacrificed. Bone histomorphometric analysis of the lumbar vertebrae was performed in undecalcified sections and uterine weight were measured. Results Compared with controls, bone mass was increased in PE groups. Data showed that bone resorption were decreased, bone formation was stimulated and bone mass was increased significantly in PE (1 mg/kg day) group . The uterine weight has no significant change. Conclusion The findings of this study indicate that piperazinyl estrone at dosage of 1mg/kg/d has a notable effect on preventing the bone losses in aged rats and has no negative effect on uterus. ......
