辣椒素对大鼠三叉神经节一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的影响

     摘要: 目的 研究辣椒素(CAP)对大鼠三叉神经节内一氧化氮合酶(NOS) 阳性神经元的影响,探讨CAP治疗三叉神经痛的机制。方法 把CAP配成30mmoL 浓度溶液备用,按用量分成4组(A组20μl、B组30μl、C组50μl和D组100μl),分别皮下注射处理大鼠三叉神经眶下支,24h后取材,切片,免疫组化染色,镜检,计算机图像分析。结果 经方差分析, 各组之间 P < 0.01,有显著性差异,并且随着用药量的增加其差异愈显著。结论 CAP对大鼠三叉神经节内NOS阳性神经元有明显的影响,NOS参与口面部的痛与镇痛。

    Effect of Capsaicin on the Nitric Oxide Synthase

    Neurons in Trigeminal Ganglion of Rat

    ABSTRACT:Objective To research the effect of capsaicin(CAP) on the nitric oxide synthase(NOS)positive neurons in rat trigeminal ganglion, and to explore the analgesic mechanism of CAP in treating prosopalgia thereby.Methods A 30mMsolution of CAP was prepared for subcutaneous injection at infraorbital region to infiltrate trigeminal nervebranch. The volume of solution injected at one time for each rat was 20μl (group A), 30μl (group B), 50μl (group C) and 100μl (group D) respectively. 24h after injection, the tissues of relavent region were sampled for immunohistochemical observation and computer image analysis. Results The variance analysis showed there were very obvious and dosedependent differences between the varient CAPgroups in comparison with the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion There is obvious influence of CAP on the NOS neurons in rat trigeminal ganglion.The NOS may participate in mechanisms of pain and analgesia at orofacial region in rat . ......
