高效毛细管电泳法测定血清中头孢他啶的含量

     摘 要 采用高效毛细管电泳法测定血清中头孢他啶的含量。 毛细管60 cm×75 μm;运行缓冲液25 mmol/L四硼酸钠(pH 82),高压进样5 s,分离电压20 kV,温度为25 ℃,检测波长为254 nm,地塞米松磷酸钠为内标。头孢他啶在0.625~20 μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为98.81%(n=5,RSD=1.88%)。

    Determination of ceftazidime in serum by HPCE

    Abstract A HPCE method for the determination of the content of ceftazidime in serum was used. The best condition was achieved with a fused silica capillary tube (60 cm×75 μm), 25 mmol/L sodium tetraborate buffer (pH 8.2), at a constant voltage of 20 kV and temperature at 25 ℃. The UV detection wavelength was at 254 nm and dexamethasone sodium phosphate as internal standard. The calibration curves was linear in the range of 0.625~20 μg/mL for ceftazidime(r=0.999 7)and the average recovery of ceftazidime was 98.81%(n=5 ......
