敏感菌株在抗生素抑菌试验中的应用

     摘 要 目的:在抗生素无菌检查中选择最合适的阳性对照菌,以保证无菌检查方法的可行性。方法:采用中国药典2000年版二部附录XIH无菌检查法项下无菌检查法及薄膜过滤法,并用微量肉汤稀释法做出现有阳性对照菌与NCCLS质控菌之间的关系。结果:根据抗生素对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC值的比较,选择最敏感的菌作为该品种的阳性对照菌,并给出选择阳性对照菌的依据。结论:为不同种类抗生素无菌检查中阳性对照菌的选择提供了参考依据,可明显降低假阴性结果的产生,确保了检验方法的有效性和结果的准确性。

    Study on the selection of positive control bacteria in sterility test of antimicrobial agents

    Abstract Objective: To select the positive control bacteria in the sterility test of antimicrobial agents.Methods: Inhibition test of bacteria and assay of thin membrane filter were applied according to the second part in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2000, minimum inhibition concentrations(MICs) of control bacteria were made by broth dilution test with positive control in the pharmacopoeia and NCCLS.Results: MICs of E.coli and S.aureus were different to different antimicrobial agents,rinse volume was determined to different kinds of antimicrobial agents.Conclusions: The optimal positive control bacteria should be chosen according to the antimicrobial agents tested,in order to avoid the false negative findings and ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of the sterility test. ......
