超声强化法提取海藻油的研究

     摘要对超声强化技术提取海藻油的工艺进行研究。探讨了提取溶剂用量、提取温度、提取时间、超声作用方式、超声功率和频率对超声提取海藻油(以EPA为指标)的影响。优选出适宜的工艺条件，为工业化生产以及超声波强化技术的推广应用提供理论依据。

    Study on extraction of marine algae oil by ultrasonically aided method

    Abstract The process for extraction of marine algae oil by the ultrasonically aided technology was studied.The effects of extraction,the amount of the solvent,temperature,extraction time,power and frequency of ultrasound were explored,and the condition of process was optimized. The results provided the theoritic basis for the industrialized production and could promote the use of the ultrasonically aided technology.
