P53 mRNA、Fas mRNA、Bcl2与鼻咽癌放射敏感性异质性的关系

     摘 要 目的:探讨鼻咽癌放射敏感性异质性与P53 mRNA 、Fas mRNA、Bcl2的相关性。方法:用RTPCR检测人鼻咽癌细胞系CNE2Z亚克隆株H5和S1的P53 mRNA、Fas mRNA表达;用Westernblot检测两鼻咽癌亚克隆株的Bcl2蛋白表达。结果:两鼻咽癌亚克隆株Fas mRNA 、P53 mRNA的表达与鼻咽癌放射敏感性异质性相关性不明显;两鼻咽癌亚克隆株Bcl2蛋白的表达与鼻咽癌放射敏感性异质性呈负相关。结论: P53 mRNA、Fas mRNA的表达对鼻咽癌放射敏感性没有预见性,而Bcl2与其异质性机理有关。

    Correlation of P53 mRNA, Fas mRNA and Bcl2 with the Radiosensitive Heterogeneity of NPC

    Abstract Objective: the present study purports to explore the correlation of the P53 mRNA, Fas mRNA and Bcl2 with the radiosensitive heterogeneity of NPC (nasopharyngeal cancer). Methods:the difference between sublines H5 and S1 of the cell line CNE2Z of human NPC in their P53 mRNA and Fas mRNA expression was examined by using RTPCR; the difference in their Bcl2 protein expression was examined by using Westernblot. Results: The Fas mRNA and P53 mRNA expression was irrelevant to the radiosensitive heterogeneity of NPC; the Bcl2 protein expression was correlated with the radiosensitive heterogeneity of NPC. Conclusions: the Fas mRNA and P53 mRNA expression was not indicative of the radiosensitivity of NPC, whereas Bcl2 was correlated with the heterogeneous mechanism of NPC radiosensitivity. ......
