     摘要目的建立在酸性条件下，力蜚能胶囊中含铁量的测定方法。方法 HPLC法，以Nuoleosil ODS柱(250 mm×4.6 mm，10 μm)为固定相，流动相为乙腈-四丁基氢氧化铵溶液(6∶94)，流速为1.5 mL/min，检测波长为300 nm。结果线性范围为19.77～98.89 μg/mL，回收率为99.4%,RSD=1.5%。结论本法结果准确，重复性良好，方法简便。
