解毒利肺口服液质量控制方法研究

     摘要目的: 建立解毒利肺口服液质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对金银花、黄芩和连翘有效成分进行鉴别。采用大孔树脂柱分离沉淀法分离绿原酸，用HPLC法测定含量。结果：TLC 鉴别的方法专属性较好，大孔树脂柱分离沉淀法可有效去除杂质，加样回收率96.68%，精密度RSD 1.94% 。

    Study on the quality control of Jiedu Lifei oral suspension

    Abstract Objective: establishes the method for quality control of Jiedu Lifei Oral Suspension. Methods: assaying the active constituents of flos lonicerae, radix scutellariae, and fructus forsythiae; separating chlorogenic acid with macroporous resin column, and assaying the content with HPLC. Conclusions: the TLC method is more reliable and separation and precipitation with macroporous resin column can eliminate impurities effectively with a recovery rate of 96.68% and RSD of 1.94%.
