    A probe into the humanityoriented modern juridical notion

    Abstract What is of utmost significance in juridical activities is its fairness and justness,while human rights is the foundation. Humanityorientated jurisdiction stresses on the humanity,respects individuality,fosters the consciousness of human rights,revolutionizes the juridical system,shapes the civilized juridical behavior,and accordingly serves the social development well.
