四氧嘧啶模型大鼠,,加味人参白虎汤；,四氧嘧啶模型大鼠；降血糖；降血脂,2.1JGD对ALX高血糖大鼠血糖水平的影响,3讨论摘 要 目的：观察加味人参白虎汤(JGD)对四氧嘧啶(ALX)大鼠血糖和血脂的影响。方法：选用Wistar大白鼠90只，用ALX建立糖尿病大鼠模型，每组10只，以灌胃方法分别给予模型大鼠JGD 16.0 g/kg、32.0 g/kg，阳性对照药降糖舒胶囊(JTS)0.2 g/kg，正常对照组和模型对照组给予等容积生理盐水，每天两次，连续给药14 d后，测定各组大鼠血糖、血脂。结果：高、低剂量JGD对 ALX大鼠高血糖均有较明显的降低作用(P<0.01)，三组血糖值分别降低38.2%、42.7%、50.7%，同时还能明显降低模型大鼠血清中胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇，使糖尿病大鼠血清HDL-C明显回升(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论：JGD能明显降低ALX性糖尿病大鼠高血糖及高血脂。

The effects of the JiaWeiGinshengBaiHuDecoction on hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia in alloxan induced diabetic rats

Abstract Objective:To observe the effects of the JiaWeiGinshengBaiHuDecoction(JGD) on hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia in alloxan induced diabetic rats. Methods: 90 Wistar rats were used and divided into different groups. The diabetic model rats were established by intraabdominal injection of alloxan (ALX). The rats were treated with JGD in dosages of 16.0g/kg(Group 1) and 32.0g/kg( Group 2) and JiangTangShucapsule (JTS) in a dosage of 0.2g/kg (possitive control group),twice a day, respectively. Normal control group was treated with saline. After 14 days of treatment, blood glucose and serum lipids content of each group were determined.Results: JGD and JTS could remarkably decrease the blood glucose in ALX induced diabetic rats.(P<0.01). The blood glucose concentrations were reduced by 38.2%,42.7% and 50.7%,in Group 1,Group 2 and the positive control group respectively. JGD could obviously decreased the levels of serum TC,TG and LDLC in model rats,and significantly increase the serum contents of HDLC in diabetic rats (P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusions: JGD can reduce the blood sugar and blood fats in alloxan induced diabetic rats. ......
