正交试验法优化竹叶总黄酮提取工艺研究

     摘要目的：对从竹叶中提取竹叶总黄酮的工艺进行优化。方法：利用单因素试验确定浸提溶剂和浸提次数，利用正交试验法进行工艺优化。结果：利用φ=60%乙醇，控制固液比为1∶10，80 ℃浸提两次，每次1 h，提取效果最好。结论：该结果对进一步的工艺开发有较好的参考价值。

    Abstract Objective: To optimize the extracting process for total flavonoids from bamboo leaves. Methods: selecting the solvent and extracting times based on single factor experiments and optimizing the extracting process by orthogonal test. Results: the best results can be achieved at the following conditions: φ=60% ethanol as solvent, regulating the solid to liquid ration to 1∶10, 80 ℃, extracting two times, and last for about 1 h each time. Conclusions: it is very useful for further developement of inductrial process. ......
