褶合光谱法同时测定氯强滴眼液中两组分的含量

     摘要目的：建立氯强滴眼液中氯霉素、醋酸泼尼松龙的含量测定方法。方法：采用褶合光谱法，不经分离同时测定两组分的含量。结果：氯霉素、醋酸泼尼松龙的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为99.52%、0.57%和99.82%、0.25%。结论：该法准确、简便和经济。

    drops by convolution spectrum method

    Abstract Objective: To establish a method for determining chloramphenicol and prednisolone acetate in Luqiang eye drops. Methods: The convolution spectrum method was applied to the quantitative determination of the two components without separation. Results: the average recovery was 99.52% and RSD was 0.57% for chloramphenicol, the average recovery was 9982% and RSD was 0.25% for prednisolone acetate. Conclusions: The method is accurate, simple and economic.
