     [摘要] 目的：研究CT对纵隔占位性病变的诊断价值，补充不典型纵隔占位疾病的CT表现，分析鉴别诊断中易于混淆的CT征象。方法：对60例纵隔占位病例的CT诊断与术后病理结果进行对照分析。结果：术前CT诊断准确率为92%，误诊4例，主要是由于发生部位比较特殊，CT表现相似和临床病史不典型所致。结论：CT检查能直接观察纵隔占位病变的内部结构，鉴别其属实质性或囊性，探查其与血管的关系。CT检查纵隔占位病变有一定的诊断价值。
