     [摘要] 目的：探讨冰冻血小板在血小板减少性疾病中应用的有效性与安全性。方法：随机选择318例血小板减少症患者，204例患者给予冰冻血小板输注,114例患者给予新鲜血小板输注，输注前及输注后18 h～24 h分别测定血小板计数，比较血小板回收率及临床出血症状改善情况。结果：冰冻血小板止血有效率达89%，与新鲜血小板相近，但输注后24 h血小板的回收率与新鲜血小板相比有差异。结论：冰冻血小板有一定的止血效果;可用于急诊血小板输注，但不宜作常规使用。

    Analysis on the Clinical Application of the Frozen Blood Platelet

    Abstract:Objective Research on the effectiveness and safety when using frozen platelet in the treatment for the disease of blood platelet lowering.Methods Selected 318 patients with low blood platelet randomly,infused the frozen blood platelet to 204 patients of them,and infused another 114 patients with fresh blood platelet;then counted the number of platelet of the patients before and 1824 hours after the infusion respectively,comparing the absorbability of the platelet and the improvement of the symptom of the bleeding.Results The efficiency of the stanching by frozen platelet is 89%,of which is closed to the results by infusing fresh platelet.But the absorbability of the platelet examined after infusion 24 hours was different from the rates that from fresh platelet infusion.Conclusion The frozen platelet has got the positive impact to the hemostasis.It is able to be used for the blood platelet infusion during the emergency treatment,but it is not suitable for the general purpose. ......
