【摘要】 目的 探讨高龄食管癌贲门癌病人围手术期的处理、手术的可行性和术式的选择。方法 82例70岁以上高龄患者的围手术期处理及术式的选择进行回顾性总结和分析。结果 本组手术切除率92.7%(76/82)，空肠造瘘术7.3%(6/82)。术后并发症发生率43.9%(36/82)，死亡率8.5%(7/82)。结论 对高龄食管癌贲门癌患者应严格控制适应证及适宜的术式，加强围手术期的管理。
