【摘要】 目的 在中年自然人群研究血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与心血管危险因素及QT间期的关系。方法 对344例“宫内发育与成人疾病”队列人群(男183例，女161例，年龄47～53岁)的身高、体重、血压、心电图、血糖、血脂及血清hs-CRP等进行测定。采用Bazett公式计算校正的心电图QT间期(QTc)，用SPSS10.0软件进行数据统计分析。结果 由低至高的血清hs-CRP四等分组的心血管危险因素(BMI、血压、空腹血糖、HDL-C)组间差异有显著性(均为P<0.001)TC、TG、LDL-C的组间差异分别为P=0.032, P=0.023,P=0.016,四组心血管危险因素聚集检出率分别为32.9%，50.6%，62.8%，70.9%(χ2=28.20，P<0.001)。血清hs-CRP水平与QT间期无明显相关(F值=0.103，P值=0.749)，但在女性群体似有联系(F值=5.047，P=0.026)。结论 血清hs-CRP与心血管危险因素(BMI、血压、血糖和血脂)呈正相关关系，与QT间期的关系还需要进一步的研究明确。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the associations of the serum high-sensitive c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) with cardiovascular risk factors and QT interval in Chinese adult population.Methods Totally,344 adults (183 men and 161 women ) aged 47～53 from the study cohort of fetal origin of adult disease were recruited in the study for clinic examinations,involving anthropometry and measurements of blood pressure,fasting and 2 hr plasma levels of glucose and insulin,serum lipid profile,hs-CRP.A standard 12 lead ECG were recorded and the corrected QT(QTc) was calculated accordingly by Bazett formula.The statistical data were analysed by SPSS 10.0.Results There were significant associations between serum hs-CRP and cardiovascular risk factors ( BMI,blood pressure,fasting plasma levels of glucose,HDL-C,TC,TG,LDL-C) and P<0.001 or P≤0.032 respectively,and the rates of clusterily of cardiovascular risk factors were 32.9% ......
