【摘要】 目的: 为发现无症状性心肌缺血的心电图变化规律。 方法: 对100例疑为冠心病患者进行24小时动态心电图(Holter)观察。 结果: 部分患者在休息或睡眠后，心率减慢时出现不同程度的ST段下移，活动后待心率增快时可恢复正常。 结论: 对临床疑为冠状动脉供血不足的病人，在常规12导联心电图检查正常的情况下，建议做Holter检查。
