降钙素基因相关肽对血管内皮细胞凋亡的保护作用

     【摘要】 目的 观察降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin-gene-related peptide;CGRP)对高浓度葡萄糖(高糖)诱导的脐静脉内皮细胞凋亡的保护作用。方法 用MTT法检测细胞活力;流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡。结果 当CGRP浓度为10-8mol/L时,高糖对细胞的损伤已明显得到保护。高糖组细胞活力为60%,而CGRP处理组细胞活力为80%。流式细胞术检测结果显示,CGRP处理组细胞凋亡率明显下降。结论 CGRP可对高糖诱导的内皮细胞凋亡起到保护作用。

    Effect of CGRP on the Apoptosis in Cultured Vascular Endothelial Cells Zhao Shouqi,et al. (Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology,Harbin Medical University,Harbin 150086,China)

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of CGRP on the high glucose- induced apoptosis in culture vascular endothelial cells.Methods The viability of cultured endothelia cells was estimated by MTT assay.Determination of endothelial cell apoptosis was performed by flow cytometry.Results Pretreatment of the cell with 10-8mol/L CGRP significantly attenuated the damaging effect of high glucose.Indeed,cell viability was estimated to be 80% in CGRP-treated group,instead of 60% in absence of CGRP treatment.The result of flow cytometry indicated that CGRP prevented the onset of apoptosis.Conclusions CGRP may inhibit high glucose-induced apoptosis. ......
