【摘要】 目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度与冠脉病变的关系，寻找早期筛查冠心病的便捷方法。方法 将进行冠脉造影的2型糖尿病患者，根据病变的程度进行分组，并采用颈动脉超声测定其颈动脉内膜中层厚度，检查动脉硬化情况。同时将各组冠心病的危险因素亦进行例表分析。结果 冠脉病变组颈动脉超声检查明显异常与造影正常组，且动脉内膜厚度与冠脉病变情况成正相关。各危险因素与冠心病的发生，发展亦有明确的相关性。结论 2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)，与冠心病之间有明显关系，可作为预测冠心病合并症发生、发展的一个指标。同时指出为预防冠心病的发生，要监测血压、血糖、血脂，控制体重。
