配合消痔灵注射治疗直肠内脱垂22例临床观察

摘要 目的：探讨吻合器痔上黏膜及黏膜下层组织环切术(PPH)配合消痔灵注射在直肠内脱垂治疗中的临床应用。方法：对22例直肠内脱垂患者行吻合器痔上黏膜及黏膜下层组织环切术配合消痔灵注射治疗的临床资料进行分析总结。结果：术后随访1~12个月，治愈18例(占818%)，好转4例(占182%)，总有效率达100%。结论：吻合器痔上黏膜及黏膜下层组织环切术和消痔灵注射术在直肠内脱垂的治疗中具有协同作用，并有操作简单、疗效可靠、并发症少、愈合时间短的优点。关键词 直肠内脱垂；痔上黏膜及黏膜下层组织环切术；消痔灵

Abstract Objective:To observe clinical effect of PPH combined with heamorrhoidlysant injection in the treatment of internal rectal prolapse. Methods:Clinical data of 22 patients with internal rectal prolapse received PPH followed by haemorrhoidlysant injection. The operation effects were analysis and operation experiences were summarized.Results:The cured rate was 81.8% (18/22), and the effective rate was 18.9% (4/22). No major complications were noted.
