     摘要：[目的]探讨应用可吸收棒内固定进行⻊母外翻截骨矫形术的临床疗效。[方法]应用左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)可吸收棒内固定进行⻊母外翻截骨矫形术。35例患者，56足接受第1跖骨近端截骨矫形及可吸收棒交叉内固定术。[结果]随访4~22个月，优27例44足，良8例12足，所有截骨处均临床愈合，无伤口感染。[结论]应用可吸收棒内固定进行⻊母外翻截骨矫形术可避免二次手术，并可取得良好的治疗效果。

    Abstract：[Objective]To appraise the clinical efficacy of internal fixation with the absorbable pins in osteotomy for the treatment of hallux valgus[Method]Thirtyfive patients(56 feet)with hallux valgus were treated by osteomoty of proximal firs metatarsal and internal fixation with PLLA absorbable pins from Jan 2004 to Jun 2005[Result]All patients were followed up for 4~22 months,excellent results were seen in 27 patients(48 feet),good in 8 patients(12 feet)There was no nonunion or wound infection observed[Conclusion]PLLA absorbable pins is believed to be a good internal fixation method in osteotomy for the treatment of hallux valgus with the advantages of simple operation and effective result ......
