【摘要】 目的 了解复方雪莲胶囊长期毒性作用，为临床应用提供参考。方法 通过给大鼠连续灌胃给药复方雪莲胶囊90天，并持续观察停药14天。结果 连续灌胃给药90天后，大鼠未出现外观、血象、肝、肾功能等血生化及13种脏器组织病理切片的毒性变化。结论 该药无明显毒副作用，临床用药安全。
